The Australian Marine Conservation Society (AMCS) is the voice for Australia’s oceans. We are Australia’s leading ocean conservation organisation and one of the founding members of Australia’s conservation movement. We are a community of ocean lovers across the nation working to protect our precious marine wildlife and for healthy seas.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an exciting new role that will partner with and advise directors and managers across all departments. As a growing organisation employing over 50 people, the Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and culture.
You are an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of all key domains of Human Resources management. You have a positive and flexible approach to work, people, and challenges. Passionate about conservation and nature, you're eager to contribute your expertise to our mission.
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the senior and stand-alone HR role within our organisation.

You’ll play an important role in protecting our oceans. At AMCS we deal with the big issues concerning the sea, working on behalf of the community to protect marine wildlife, tackle the major threats to the marine environment and create marine sanctuaries. You will be part of a committed group of passionate advocates who have defended Australia’s marine environment for almost 60 years.
