In this role, you will support the COORDINARE business team by facilitating contract administration, preparing tenders, managing data extraction and reporting from existing systems, and aiding in procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include preparing contract documents, assisting with procurement processes, creating and extracting data for reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of data. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operation of the contract management system and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract preparation and systems administration in the healthcare, public, or not for profit sectors or from commercial or construction environments as well as experience using and maintaining contract management systems such as Folio and Tenderlink. High attention to detail and efficiency in processing work is essential.
