If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for you within our People and Culture (P&C) team. As a Business Support Officer, you will play an important part in not only maintaining the day-to-day administration of our workplace relations function but diversify your skills as you assist the team deliver P&C services across the organisation.
This position will provide a high-level business support and will include a variety of duties and responsibilities ranging from responding to basic employment queries to assisting with the development and improvement of our policies, procedures and practices and basic advisory services. Opportunities will also present where this role will proactively assist the team drive a people focused service model and support the ongoing improvement of our staff engagement and workplace culture.
