Olivia’s Place, a not-for-profit organisation based in Gippsland supporting families during pregnancy and early parenting, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Events Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver events, including our Annual Charity Gala, community markets, and fundraisers.
  • Manage logistics such as supplier coordination, schedules, and event pack-downs.
  • Motivate and roster a dynamic team of volunteers.
  • Build relationships with sponsors, partners, and community groups to enhance event success.

About You

  • Proven local experience in event planning and management, ideally within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A creative and proactive mindset who takes initiative, with a passion for supporting families.
