About the role

We are looking for a positive, friendly and dynamic Customer Service and admin champion to join us in providing exceptional service to our customers and support to colleagues across multiple departments.

The ideal person will be excited about organic and natural products and is interested in eco living. 

Duties include:

  • Helping to oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department and ensuring department is running smoothly
  • Liaising with, and supporting our on-road Sales Reps
  • Processing orders
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Answering inbound calls and emails
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate with have the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A warm and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Moderately tech savvy and comfortable learning new software and IT systems
  • Proven abilities to work as part of a diverse team, in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience with Netsuite is preferred but not required

Work schedule and location

  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in our office in Rosebery, Sydney.
  • No weekends and evenings
  • Some flexibility available with work hours to support a healthy work-life balance
