Our Watch Limited

About Our Watch

Our Watch is a national leader in the primary prevention of violence against women and their children.

Our vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence. Our role is to stop violence before it starts. We work to embed gender equality and prevent violence where Australians live, learn, work and socialise.

About the role

Love putting in place the systems and processes that underpin strong campaign management?

Excited by the idea of analysing campaign data to help inform behaviour change campaigns?

Now’s the time to join the Our Watch team, and help develop our next phase of campaigns at a critical stage of growth.

Following new funding, Our Watch is planning for an exciting new phase of campaign development. But to do that, we need to create the processes and systems to support this growth, while also drawing on past campaigns insights to inform new ones.

Ideally coming from an agency or similar background, with strong traffic and account management experience, this is a great opportunity to support a new manager, and build upon the foundations of a strong team for future success.

About you

  • You love campaign management, and know the ins and outs at every stop of the process – and how to put these in place.
  • Diving into data and developing insights and trends is your passion.
  • Identifying and defining audience segments is your thing – and you know how to share insights to help plan for future campaigns.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of how creative agencies work, and how to go about procuring them for new campaigns.
  • You love problem solving, and bring creativity to everything you do – your campaigns, your social content, and your ways of working .
  • While not necessarily from the prevention sector, you understand Our Watch’s vision and mission, and you can see how this will motivate you to help grow Our Watch’s reach, awareness and engagement.
