About the role

  • Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
  • Full time (part time options considered)
  • Permanent, ongoing role
  • $125,256 - $133,798 + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading

Working within the Corporate Services Directorate, the Manager, Quality, Risk and Compliance has oversight of and responsibility for ensuring Our Watch complies with all legislative requirements and internal risk and compliance policies. The role oversees the implementation of Our Watch’s Risk Management Framework to ensure that key organisational and strategic risks, compliance obligations, initiatives and trends are identified, assessed, managed and reported on. The Manager QRC will engage with their direct reports to bring the best out of their technical knowledge and expertise in all these areas while also consciously developing the capability of the team.

About you

This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist advice to enhance and adapt risk management policies, plans and registers whilst leading the design, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework in line with the strategic objectives of the business and in consultation with the Leadership Group.

Manage the risk and compliance function to drive change across the organisation to ensure risk is integrated into decision making and management practices. Expand your leadership skills and support your direct reports to identify critical points of failure for the delivery of services and coordinate the development of business continuity plans to mitigate identified risks.
