Working within the Prevention in Action Directorate, the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor supports the ongoing implementation and development of the MEL Framework, to guide the monitoring and evaluation process.
You will be a monitoring and evaluation practitioner with an interest or experience in gender equality and preventing violence against women. The role will require you have experience in working with a MEL Framework, expertise in collection, collation and analysis of monitoring data and tracking progress against identified indicators, and quality assurance. You will have capability to support appropriate and ethical data collection and analysis for the teams requirements and communicate the analysis to key and varied audiences.
