We are seeking a skilled Content Producer to support our marketing efforts by creating riveting and engaging content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence.

The Content Producer is a key member of the communications team that develops multimedia content to support all areas of the organisation. The role is responsible for conception, producing and sourcing compelling, relevant and innovative video, photography, graphics, print and digital design content to showcase OzChild’s visual brand and inspire support for the work we do.

The Content Producer reports to the Communications Manager and collaborates with the marketing, campaigns, fundraising and digital team members. This role also works with internal stakeholders and manages design requests from within organisation this is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people while utilising your exceptional design, video and visual communications skills.

Over the last seven years OzChild has grown substantially with strong marketing, communications, fundraising and foster carer recruitment initiatives essential elements in supporting this growth as we strive to make a greater impact and strengthen the organisation. We are now looking for a new person to elevate our visual storytelling and brand further.

To be successful in this role you will need

  • At least two years’ experience in a design, digital and/or broad marketing-skewed role
  • At least one years’ experience in a mid-weight graphic design role
  • Experience in web/social producing roles is highly desirable
  • Professional design and production skills - video filming and editing, graphic design, knowledge of sources of visual material (image libraries etc).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software applications, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Acrobat), Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in content creation using Canva and management of Canva teams
  • To know codecs, resolutions, and file formats—can pull video and imagery from multiple sources and convert it to usable formats· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word), electronic mail platforms (Mailchimp), CRM databases (Dynamics 365), social media, and website CMS (WordPress)
  • Experience in web/social producing role is highly desirable
  • Able to maximise accuracy, artistry, and speed when faced with tight deadlines
  • Not for Profit experience desirable but not essential

Oz Child has to offer

  • Remote working - ( However required to attend office when required for team catch ups and meetings )
  • Full time permanent role
  • $82,000 - 85,000 depending on experience
  • $15,900 salary packaging and the ability to salary package $ 2650 for entertainment & meals
  • Plus ex gratia days Easter & Christmas
