Are you keen to be part of a professional team working together using evidence- based models to change lives? Come join our team in Blacktown as a Family Practitioner and keep families together and prevent children entering Out of Home Care .
The purpose of the Family Practitioner is to provide intensive therapeutic services to children, young people and their families with serious and/or complex mental health, behavioural and/or emotional needs to maximise their developmental potential. You will deliver the evidence-based model for families of children aged 0-17 years within the family's home environment across the Blacktown region.
Comprehensive training in this evidence-based model will be provided to the successful candidate and ongoing intensive support .

As a Family Practitioner you will be delivering Functional Family Therapy working with young people aged between 0-17 and their families in their homes
