We have an exciting opportunity in our Frankston office with our Foster care team!
As a Case Manager in our foster care team your role will be the effective case management of foster care placements delivering on the permanency objective to provide safe stable care for clients.
Working as part of a large team OzChild are looking for someone who wants to produce better outcomes for foster children and carers, supporting improvement in processes and achievement of client and carer outcomes.
This role improves outcomes for children and young people across Victoria delivering services and program outcomes through the support, supervision, and development of clients in the Foster Care program.
The role develops and implements plans to deliver positive planned outcomes for vulnerable children or young people in foster care.
The role works to deliver on the permanency objective to provide safe stable care for clients. The role represents the clients’ voice and ensure the needs of the child are consistently met.
