Our Integrated Family Services Team & OzChild Family have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our Integrated Family Services team in Frankston.
OzChild has been supporting vulnerable children, young people and families for 170 years. Our Integrated Family Services Program is one of our largest teams and incorporates Family Services, The Orange Door, Family Worx and our evidence-based programs SafeCare and Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare.
The successful applicant will join an amazing team alongside other dynamic case managers, practitioners and therapists. This wrap around, evidence informed case management approach will work to promote safety and wellbeing for children and families.
The program exists to deliver an intensive, child focused, family centred, therapeutic approach to help preserve families and reduce the need for further intervention.
