OzChild is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fulfil the role of Operations Manager Child Youth and Families.
This critical role will lead and manage the operations of multiple programs that make a difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families in the ACT.
This is a unique opportunity to drive the operational delivery of services, foster positive outcomes, and spearhead continuous improvement within our Strengthening and Prevention and Out of Home Care Services.

The Program Manager will drive the day-to-day operational delivery of services, outcomes, and improvement for OzChild’s Strengthening and Prevention and Out of Home Care Services. The programs delivered are Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare, Functional family Therapy – Youth Justice and Foster Care.
The incumbent will lead the focus on identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement informed through business analysis; they will represent the program and its team with internal and external stakeholders in line with OzChild culture and behaviours and implement risk management and compliance frameworks consistent with the policies and values of OzChild.
