We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen working in our Yarraville Office as a Youth Worker for our Lead Tenant Program.
The purpose of the position is to improve outcomes for young people by delivering services and program outcomes through the support, supervision, and development of clients in the Lead Tenant Program.
The aim of the Lead Tenant Program is to provide a safe, stable, caring and supportive living environment in which young people are able to practice independent living in a shared household and assist the young person in transition to an independent living arrangement.
This position supports young people in Lead Tenant properties across the West and coordinates the delivery of semi-independent accommodation support for young people and in doing so participates in appropriate meetings and provide support and guidance to young people and Lead Tenants.
