This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced customer service professional at our Northern centres to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be a friendly first point of contact for our clients, directing phone enquiries and responding to emails about our services in a helpful manner. You will also coordinate bookings, perform data entry and manage appointment processing, while conducting basic assessments of client service needs as necessary. A high level of customer service is required for this role, along with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
This opportunity is located across our two Northern centres in Greensborough and is a full-time, fixed-term position until November 2025, with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. The base salary range is $74k - $76k per annum.
