The role

Reporting to General Manager People & Culture (P&C) you will provide generalist P&C advice, support and improve processes and systems across the employment life cycle.

This includes attraction and recruitment management and onboarding, employee engagement, culture, reward and recognition, performance development and management, OHS, Workover and providing advice in relation to our Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures to our employees.

We have two part-time ongoing vacancies to join the team and work either 3 or 4 days, or school hours, flexibly each week.

About you

  • Degree in Human Resources or related.
  • Previous generalist experience working across the employment life cycle in HR for several years.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, meet deadlines autonomously.
  • Able to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships at all levels using your solid listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in HR systems and employment law and an ability to work autonomously in a small team.

The base salary range is $75k-$85k base (pro-rata) per annum plus PBI salary packaging benefits. Salary is negotiable and will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, experience and skills.
