Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 75 years. Reporting to General Manager People & Culture (P&C) you will provide generalist P&C advice, support and improve processes and systems across the employment life cycle.
This includes attraction and recruitment management and onboarding, employee engagement, culture, reward and recognition, performance development and management, OHS, Workover and providing advice in relation to our Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures to our employees.
We have two part-time ongoing vacancies to join the team and work either 3 or 4 days, or school hours, flexibly each week.
The base salary range is $75k-$85k base (pro-rata) per annum plus PBI salary packaging benefits. Salary is negotiable and will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, experience and skills.
