Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor will be a pivotal member of Reground’s team, overseeing end-to-end operations, managing our driver team, and driving customer and stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and logistics expertise to optimise Reground's services while fostering business growth.

This role will also support Reground’s growth initiatives and projects and requires a leader with exceptional people management skills, business acumen, and a passion for sustainability. Familiarity with the coffee industry would be highly beneficial.

  1. Team and project management.

  3. Compliance and OH&S implementation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Oversee and support the driving team.
  • Account Management: Manage medium and large client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance: Manage policies and document compliance, ensuring all operations adhere to regulations.
  • Strategic Growth: Build partnerships and networks to support sustainable growth.
  • Public Relations and Events: Represent Reground at events and foster public awareness of our mission.
  • Human Resources: Oversee payroll and rostering.
  • Business Development: Implement strategies to expand services and enhance revenue streams.
  • Commercial End-Users: Manage relationships and deliver tailored solutions.

Support and Oversight Tasks

  • Provide operational oversight to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support customer service and troubleshoot escalated issues.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistical challenges as needed.

This role is for four days per week and is based in Alphington. It offers an opportunity to lead in a fast-growing, sustainability-focused organisation, making a tangible impact in the circular economy.
