In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and overseeing all staff and client rosters for effective allocation in response to executed NDIS Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports.
This position assists in the day to day supervision to NDIS Support Workers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support clients in achieving their goals/outcomes and provides on call services as rostered. Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking a highly organised Rostering Specialist with demonstrated understanding of the NDIS and mental health sector and strong administration skills to be a part of its passionate team.
