Rise is hiring an Administrative Assistant - Learning and Development (L&D), to join their incredible & highly respected HR team. This role is full-time, working Monday to Friday across various Rise locations including Middle Swan, Forrestfield & Mount Richon, with some working from home. The role sometimes includes flexible start and finish times; however, you’ll need to be available on training days for set-up and pack-down depending on course bookings.
As our Administrative Assistant – L&D, you’ll be the go-to guru for all things Learning & Development. You’ll be the wizard behind the scenes, handling everything from maintaining documentation and updating training records to crafting accurate reports! You’ll also help bring L&D events to life and book courses that inspire growth across the company.
In this role, you’ll be a friendly point of contact for both line managers and employees, ready to answer their L&D queries. You'll be in regular communication with staff at all levels, juggling tasks like a multitasking superstar and keeping everything running smoothly. It’s a role full of variety, and opportunities to connect with amazing people!
