JobsBank would like to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join their Board with the following priority skills and experience sought:
Candidates will ideally have Board experience and a good understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and/or social procurement principles and practice. JobsBank's strategy includes targeting specific sectors where growth opportunities exist, so candidates with experience and networks in the following industries and sectors will be considered favourably.
If you have a passion for social equity and have expertise in any of the priority skills and industries listed above, please get in touch. The Board will consider applications from established Directors or those seeking to establish a Board portfolio. The appointed Directors will play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of Jobsbank. Their contributions will directly impact on the organisation's capacity to meet its goals, particularly in establishing financial sustainability and amplifying its social impact.
