Exciting Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor

Due to growth, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our vibrant team at our Penrith Warehouse. As a hands-on leader reporting to the State Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in organising, planning, and supervising our warehouse and driver operations. Your supportive approach will foster a culture of teamwork and adaptability, driving meaningful change within our organisation.

Your Role Includes:

  • Overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure timely collection, delivery, and sorting of food.
  • Promoting a safe and efficient work environment for our team while leading health and safety initiatives onsite.
  • Keeping accurate records for donations and collections.
  • Training and empowering Warehouse Assistants and Drivers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role (mandatory).
  • Current unrestricted driver’s license (mandatory).
  • Forklift license (mandatory).
  • Desirable MR license, with a willingness to upskill to HR license (we cover the costs!).
  • Experience in warehouse logistics and the food industry (highly desirable).
  • Ongoing right to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to undergo national police check and pre-employment medical (employer paid).
  • A can-do attitude with a solution-focused approach, ready to support and drive change within the team.
