Are you a motivated go-getter with a passion for safety, training, and community wellbeing? Shepparton Retirement Villages (SRV) is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Safety and Training Coordinator. The role reports to the Executive Manager People, Experience and Culture. At SRV, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional residential aged care services and independent living options for our aging community.
As our Safety and Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees, residents, volunteers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

In addition to safety responsibilities, you will oversee the development and implementation of training programs across our sites. This includes:
Volunteer Program Management:
You will also be responsible for managing our esteemed Shepparton Village Volunteer Program, ensuring our volunteers receive the support they need to thrive and contribute to our community.
