About the Role

Based on-site in Shepparton, Victoria, the Talent Acquisition Partner (national and international recruitment) is responsible for overseeing and directing national and international recruitment, retention and accommodation needs of Personal Care Workers and Registered Nurses.

The Talent Acquisition Partner (2 year fixed term contract) will liaise with international and local recruitment agencies and migration agents to fulfil the recruitment requirements of SRV, and will coordinate with local real estate agents to provide housing solutions for sourced, successful candidates. This will support the functions that ultimately result in the delivery of quality services to enrich the lives of those we support and care for.

Essential skills and attributes (selection criteria)

  • Strong experience end to end volume recruitment and sourcing candidates nationally and internationally
  • Experience working with external recruitment agencies and migration agents
  • Ability to work as part of a team and assist others when required
  • Experience with recruitment administration including compiling contracts and interpreting EBA/modern award payrates with a working knowledge of the NES
  • A background in working in fast paced environments
  • Experience providing detailed reporting and working with rosters to establish EFT/FTE requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using recruitment candidate management software and developing associated reporting
  • Ability to problem-solve medium to high level of complexity issues

Experience in health or aged care is desirable as is experience managing accommodation requirements for candidates.
