The Employment Solution Officer (ILC) supports people with disability to gain employment and improve their overall wellbeing by:
Building the confidence and ability of employers to hire, support and retain employees with disability.
Creating inclusive workplaces by breaking down attitudinal barriers about people with disability. The focus of the Employment opportunities are in the sectors of retail, hospitality and homecare across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.Ensure that compliance, quality, and performance standards are met.
