St Agnes’ is a registered NDIS service provider whose goal is to promote an inclusive and supportive community, promoting choice and providing a high quality, accessible service to empower individuals, couples and families to reach their full potential.
We have a day centre program from Monday - Friday, which supports NDIS participates in the community, with social and recreational activities, developing skills and achieving goals through a mixture of one on one or group activities.
We have 24/7 supported accommodation where we assist adults with intellectual and physical disabilities that have medium to high support needs with the essential activities of daily living including but not limited to; personal care, domestic assistance, community access, access to specialist services, behaviour support and medication management.
St Agnes’ are seeking experienced, Certificate III community support workers to join our casual pool with the flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts.
As a community support worker, you will be supporting NDIS clients within our day centre program at our Kempsey centre and out in the local community.
With no two days ever the same, you will support with facilitating a range of activities which could include, dancing, drama, cooking, karaoke, drumming, fishing, walking, swimming etc.
