About the role:

Starlight’s Business System Analyst works closely with IT, Business Applications Team and internal business teams including project stakeholders and partners. This role is responsible to support the application systems’ operation and projects delivery and will require:

  • Solid CRM administration skills and experience
  • Strong problem-solving skill and experience in troubleshooting operational faults.
  • Strong logical, analytical and process design skills.
  • Data Management, analysis, and manipulation skills
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar.
  • Project experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Fundraising & Engagement) and Azure is highly desirable but not required.

About you

You are a self starter with the following Business System Analyst skills, knowledge and experience, ready to make a difference:

  • Tertiary qualifications in science or technology disciplines.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication both verbal & written skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
  • Ability to manage and influence Vendors and internal stakeholders.
