We are currently seeking an Assistant Employment Region Manager: Transition to Work, who will play a key role in driving the success of our operational strategies across the Employment Region. Working closely with the Employment Region Manager, you will lead a team of Mentors, ensuring service excellence and meeting contractual and commercial performance standards. The role will support teams across Perth North, including – Clarkson, Joondalup, Midland, Mirrabooka, and Osborne Park.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, particularly in a multi-location environment
  • Ability to effectively liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to enhance contractual performance
  • A demonstrated ability to identify, address, and resolve performance shortfalls
  • In-depth understanding of complex Government contracts and compliance requirements
  • Ability to provide high-quality service to Participants from diverse backgrounds

  • Commitment to quality, ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with Government standards, ISO 9001, and internal policies
