We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources and Quality Assurance Officer with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment. 

The Role

The Human Resources and Quality Assurance Officer is an integral part of our team of HR professionals that work closely to provide outstanding HR services to all brands of our Organisation. Your knowledge and interpretation of relevant legislation, guidelines, and awards will be crucial, along with your ability to foster effective relationships with both staff and management teams. 

This is a full-time position based at our Hindmarsh site and will require the flexibility to work at any of our service delivery sites, across the metropolitan area.

This role is exciting, diverse and challenging, requiring self-motivation, the ability to work autonomously, and the aspiration to contribute in the achievement of Organisational goals.

The Human Resource and Quality Assurance Officer responsibilities include:

  • Strong focus on end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to onboarding
  • Communicating effectively with employees during their probation period
  • Providing oversight on employee probation reviews to ensure all identified performance gaps are addressed and appropriate training is identified and provided
  • Supporting and assisting employees and the leadership team with performance management requirements
  • Providing HR support, advice, information and resources as directed and required by the Board and Senior Management Team.
  • Assisting with the preparation and conducting of the internal auditing requirements for all brands of the Organisation
  • Providing support within the HR Department to ensure adherence to Organisational policy, process and procedure 
  • Maintaining the Organisations Work Health and Safety System processes and procedures. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A formal HR qualification in progress or completed (desirable)
  • A Quality Assurance qualification (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (desirable)
  • A preparedness to provide HR support and services
  • A desire to be a part of a dynamic team, with an ability to work autonomously
