The Role

In this role you will work with a team of professionals and provide outstanding HR services, to all divisions across our Organisation. You will have knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and awards, along with an ability to interpret and apply these requirements. You will display an enthusiasm to build effective working relationships with our staff and our management teams.

This is a full-time position based at our Mirrabooka site and will require the flexibility to work at any of our service delivery sites, across the metropolitan area.

This will be an exciting and challenging role, where you will need to be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and aspire to play a part in achieving whole of Organisational goals.

The Human Resource and Quality Assurance Officer responsibilities include:

  • End to End Recruitment
  • Assisting with HR Department process and procedures as it relates to organisational requirements
  • Analysing staff probation reviews to ensure all identified performance gaps are addressed and appropriate training is identified and provided
  • Providing ongoing communication with staff during their probation period
  • Supporting and assisting management and staff with performance management
  • Providing HR support/ advice, information and resources as directed and required by the Board and Senior Management Team.
  • Assisting with the preparation and conducting of the internal auditing requirements for all services of the Organisation
  • Maintaining procedures and processes outlined in the Organisations Work Health and Safety System

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Formal HR qualification (essential)
  • A Quality Assurance qualification (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (desirable)
  • A preparedness to provide HR support and services
  • A desire to be a part of a dynamic team, with an ability to work autonomously
