Due to the growth and success, we are excited to offer an opportunity to appoint an additional skilled Link Worker: TtW, who will join an established team delivering services to Indigenous young people within the Transition to Work program in Adelaide’s South!
We are looking for the successful candidate to work across our Noarlunga and Aldinga Office.
In this role you will engage, facilitate and empower a caseload of young Participants by motivating and guiding them to develop themselves with appropriate attributes and skills that enables them to gain meaningful and sustainable employment. This includes apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
This role is integral to our services as we are keen to ensure sustainable outcomes for all of our Participants and will require a flexible, outcome focused individual who has a can-do attitude.
