The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player to join an established, dynamic, forward thinking, and outcome led Organisation as part of our Workforce Connect team! 

Workforce Connect is the Stakeholder Engagement and Business Development Hub of Eighty-9 Limited - the parent company of business brands Status, Bluesky Mind Studio and our charity ImpactEight, supporting Dress for Success Adelaide and Geared for Success.

The role will require the appointed candidate to support our business needs across our Perth North sites.

By applying your highly developed customer service skills and sales experience, you will be responsible for proactively fostering and maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders to deliver high quality and effective stakeholder and employer engagement activities. These relationships will enable us to meet workforce and labour market demands in accordance with our Organisations' Global Service Model (GSM).

To be successful in this role, we are keen to speak with people who are keen to further develop or can demonstrate the following:

  • Transfer your customer service skills and sales experience from your past employment history
  • Build on current advanced communication, interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, outcome focused environment 
  • An exceptional team player who wants to work as part of a dynamic and target driven team as well as operating autonomously
  • An exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders
  • A problem solver who has effective conflict resolution skills
  • A focus on increasing employment opportunities for our participants through active employer and community engagement
  • Experience and/or understanding of the barriers to employment faced by the most disadvantaged people in our community and the effects of unemployment
  • A knowledge of, or the ability to learn about local labour markets, industry trends and employment opportunities
