We are excited to offer this exciting new opportunity for a skilled Link Worker, who will join an established team delivering services to youth within the Transition to Work contract in Perth's North!
In this role you will engage, facilitate and empower a caseload of youth Participants by motivating and guiding them to develop themselves with appropriate attributes and skills that enables them to gain meaningful and sustainable employment. This includes apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
This role is integral to our services as we are keen to ensure sustainable outcomes for all youth Participants and will require a flexible, outcome focused individual who has a can-do attitude.
