We are GROWING! Due to our success in winning business delivering the SEE Program in Adelaide we are really excited to offer this new opportunity to establish the role of Participant Support Officer (RTO). If successful you will join a very well-established employment and training provider delivering services in the Northern and Southern regions of Adelaide. This role will allow you to focus your attention on Participants who are undertaking education and training within the Adelaide region.
The role of Participant Support Officer (RTO) has been developed to provide our Participants with mentoring and support through the development of positive relationships. This support role supports Participants to build their capacity to learn, complete education and strengthen pathways to further education and participation in the community. You will work alongside trainers to ensure the supports provided are individualised, meet tailored goals plans and facilitate positive future outcomes.
The positive relationships you build with our Participants will provide effective and efficient results to ensure challenges and opportunities are identified and supported. The role requires advanced communication, sound lateral thinking along with a strong focus on supporting Participants to strengthen their commitment to completing education which moves them towards further education or employment.
