The role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who has the ability to draw from their practical leadership and business experience to join our established, dynamic, forward-thinking and outcome led Organisation within the RTO space.

This role encompasses services delivered at our multiple metropolitan sites in Adelaide, in the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program and Employability Skills Training (EST) program where you will have full responsibility to lead our management and front-end trainers and assessors and support staff to provide exceptional education and training services to the community.

By sharing your highly developed education and training experience and knowledge, you will be responsible for proactively fostering and maintaining ongoing programs that support our Participants who are developing their pathway to gain sustainable employment. You will also be successful at building and maintaining successful and ongoing relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders. These relationships will enable us to meet industry and market demands in accordance with our Organisations' Global Service Model (GSM).

As the RTO Program Manager: SEE and EST you will develop your teams to drive, support and exceed Organisational growth and outcome objectives.

To be successful in this role, we are keen to hear from people who are interesting in further developing or can demonstrate the following:

  • an ability to manage teams and drive performance at a regional and contract level
  • successful leadership practices, along with the skills to motivate and empower people across multiple locations
  • experience in government contracted education and training delivery across multiple locations at any one time
  • effective relationship building and stakeholder links within the Adelaide metropolitan region, including within the business, education, training and community sectors
  • ability to develop business plans, identify and develop strategies to and address performance shortfalls and maximise contractual performance
  • technical ability that supports the achievement of KPI’s, compliance requirements and meets Organisational standards
  • an understanding of business management; along with the achievement of successful results
  • Experience in a customer centric role, requiring high levels of professionalism, trust and integrity while working to achieve targets, KPIs and/or service delivery standards
