We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who has the ability to draw from their practical leadership and business experience to join our established, dynamic, forward-thinking and outcome led Organisation within the RTO space.
This role encompasses services delivered at our multiple metropolitan sites in Adelaide, in the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program and Employability Skills Training (EST) program where you will have full responsibility to lead our management and front-end trainers and assessors and support staff to provide exceptional education and training services to the community.
By sharing your highly developed education and training experience and knowledge, you will be responsible for proactively fostering and maintaining ongoing programs that support our Participants who are developing their pathway to gain sustainable employment. You will also be successful at building and maintaining successful and ongoing relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders. These relationships will enable us to meet industry and market demands in accordance with our Organisations' Global Service Model (GSM).
As the RTO Program Manager: SEE and EST you will develop your teams to drive, support and exceed Organisational growth and outcome objectives.
