We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Manager: DES to oversee the day-to-day operations of your allocated DES sites, ensuring successful delivery of the DES-ESS contract.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on management experience who is eager to contribute to positive community outcomes. 

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in motivating teams to achieve KPI’s, showcasing a track record of driving performance.
  • Experience in cultivating and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, clients, employers, and community organisations.
  • A comprehensive understanding of service delivery and various service delivery models, coupled with the ability to translate this conceptual knowledge into practical strategies that optimise outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
  • Proficiency in identifying and implementing quality requirements within the context of disability employment services, ensuring consistent excellence in service delivery.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet fulfilling work environment.

 What you will bring:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of employment services, or a related field
  • Practical leadership and business experience that will drive and support employment outcomes
  • Experience in delivering services that meet contractual and performance requirements
