We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Leader: SEE. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, flexible, outcome-focused, and possess a can-do attitude. Strong liaison and negotiation skills will be essential for building robust relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders. In this role, you will lead and supervise staff, provide expert advice to assist participants with various barriers to engaging with education, and interpret complex government contracts in the context of training service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include delivering SEE services at the site level in accordance with RTO delivery and assessment standards to enhance contractual and commercial performance across designated sites and locations. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead staff to optimise contractual performance, and ensure participant needs and service delivery requirements are met.
