An exciting opportunity has been created for a passionate Youth Peer Mentor to join an established and successful employment and training provider at our Clarkson and Joondalup sites. We have an established team delivering services to young people within the Transition to Work program contract in Perth North!
In this role you will build and develop positive relationships for Participants engaged in the Organisations' services, providing support and mentoring that enables them to thrive in their education and employment.
You will be a voice for their views and facilitate their contribution to the design of the services they receive. The Youth Peer Mentor will be someone who loves building relationships in the community to strengthen pathways to opportunities for education and employment!
The position requires a flexible, mature minded, outcome focused individual who has a can-do attitude, with a high level of interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
