Our Human Resources team are recruiting for a talented, dedicated and energetic Human Resource Generalist, based at our Casuarina office in Darwin. The role will be responsible for overseeing the full end-to-end recruitment requirements, and providing operational recruitment and HR advice and support to our leadership team.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager and collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, on-boarding and Human Resource functions at St John NT. You will lead the process from drafting job advertisements, shortlisting, phone interviews, coordinating and attending interviews, completing employment probity checks (including reference checks, psychometric testing, health and medical questionnaires and checks, police checks and working with children checks), and overseeing the on-boarding process and documentation for all new recruits.
