As our dedicated Change, Diversity, and Inclusion Partner, you will play a lead role in driving activity to support Vinnies' newly launched Diversity & Inclusion strategy. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving positive change to continue to build our reputation as an inclusive organisation. As a specialist within the People Strategy and Change team, you will provide strategic and operational advice to influence inclusive practices at all levels of the organisation. Your previous track record in this space will be vital in progressing our disability and inclusion action plan and other initiatives to embed these principles into our organisation's practices.
