About the role

You will be responsible in identifying strategies, methods, and channels to attract and retain talent into Sunnyfield, ensuring Sunnyfield follows best practice for their internal recruitment and continues to improve service delivery. The role also encompasses project management and delivery of the People, Learning & Culture (PL&C) strategic and business goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire a committed and hardworking talent acquisition team
  • Build effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment process for senior positions
  • Develop a broad range of pipelines to attract a diverse workforce
  • Continuous improvement of recruitment process to ensure quality of hire, speed and efficiencies of bringing new hires on-board
  • Lead and continue to imbed the Sunnyfield employee value proposition
  • Facilitate workshops, information sessions, presentations and assessment centres when required
  • Provide support in all stages of the recruitment process when required

  • Experience leading, developing and coaching teams
  • Expertise in recruiting high volume and specialist roles
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and process
  • Expertise in utilising a range of talent sourcing tools
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
