You will be responsible in identifying strategies, methods, and channels to attract and retain talent into Sunnyfield, ensuring Sunnyfield follows best practice for their internal recruitment and continues to improve service delivery. The role also encompasses project management and delivery of the People, Learning & Culture (PL&C) strategic and business goals.

Successful candidates will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 inclusive of third vaccination and to clear all state-based probity checks, including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
