You are a hands-on, high-energy, self-starter with a passion for getting things done who is excited about shaping the HR function in an organisation in the midst of rapid organisational change. You are a seriously well-organised person who brings order to chaos, enjoys solving problems and has an eagle eye for detail. You’re flexible, love variety and thrive on being the “go to” person for all things related to how we support and look after our people. You’ve got a high level of emotional intelligence and bring a caring and supportive ethos to your work.You are values-driven and are passionate about playing a role in solving the climate crisis.
This is an exciting new role with broad scope to support our most valuable assets - our team and our culture. Working as part of a small operations team to support our growing global team, you’ll play a key role in creating a brilliant end-to-end employee experience from recruitment through onboarding, talent management, wellbeing, and culture. This role works closely with the COO and Chiefs of Staff to provide operational human resources support, bringing an operational lens to how we support and nurture our team. The role will encompass a broad range of HR operational responsibilities, including but not limited to talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, salary and benefits, and people data and records.
