Your impact, where you’re really needed.

As our highly valued Quality, Compliance and People Manager, you’ll use your expertise in the daily management of SWSPHN’s quality systems, WHS, policies, procedures, manuals and frameworks compliance, business support, people and culture. You’ll achieve this by working with internal stakeholders to foster a positive continuous improvement culture and promote our EVP.

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in quality management, auditing, WHS, HR, or a related field.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in quality, WHS, auditing, HR or governance.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation such as ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO27001.
  • Familiarity with maintaining a quality management system/platform.
  • Experience interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Experience in audit and accreditation processes, preferably in leading and implementing ISO certification and auditing.
  • Knowledge of HR and WHS regulations, systems, and processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office and other systems.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
