About the role:

The Salvation Army Employment Plus is currently recruiting a part time & full time Employment Mentor who has previous experience in the employment industry and a passion in individualised, person-centred support.

This role exist for the delivery of Jobs Victoria Employment Services (JVES) contract supporting the following specific cohorts:

• Young people experiencing mental ill-health
• Refugees, asylum seekers and other immigrant groups in need of additional support in finding employment.
• People at risk or experiencing homelessness

The successful candidate will provide professional case management and assessment services to support EPlus participants to primarily prepare and enter employment.

We are open to full time and part time. Both positions will be located in Leongatha, Gippsland. The part time position will be (22.8 hours) and there there will be flexibility on days and start and finish times.
