We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with extensive ServiceNow experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding complex business challenges, translating insights into actionable solutions, and driving process improvements. As the Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from both the business and IT to identify areas of opportunity and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, and roles/responsibilities.
  • Document requirements as user stories, working on product backlog and sprint backlogs.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions, detailing pros, cons, and risks.
  • Communicate business requirements to the implementation team, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 
  • 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' best practice ITSM and HR processes.
  • Strong understanding and experience with leading ITSM toolsets such as ServiceNow.
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering and creating process documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid background in IT operational support or consulting, with experience in ITSM/ITIL process analysis and improvement.
  • Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements and change requests.
  • Experience in facilitation and stakeholder management.
  • Testing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • ITIL Foundations Certification required.
  • ITIL Practitioner or Service Manager Certification preferred.

Even better:

  • SAFE Agile experience.
  • Prior ServiceNow experience.
