About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role, overseeing and facilitating the seamless adoption of our employee experience transformation project. This position requires attending project meetings, providing regular status updates, and ensuring transparency and alignment within the change and training stream. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying required change activities and the teams necessary for their execution. Acting as a liaison between the change and training stream and other stakeholders, this role will be crucial in facilitating communication and resolving conflicts. Additionally, monitoring progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions will be key responsibilities. Role key Accountabilities:
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Identify necessary personnel and roles for managing change activities within the HRIS program.
- Conduct communication and audience engagement activities with support from the wider Communications and Learning and Development team, including developing collateral, resources, and campaigns to drive change awareness.
- Collaborate with the Head of and Change Management Lead to advise and coach leaders on their role in change, fostering a change mindset within the organisation.
- Conduct regular stand-up meetings and facilitate discussions to keep team members informed and engaged.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the change and training stream and other stakeholders.
Your key Capabilities:
- Inspire teams through the HRIS adoption journey, fostering collaboration, building change champions, and effectively communicating the vision and benefits of the HRIS system to drive enthusiasm and engagement among all team members.
- Improve performance by offering suggestions and finding ways to do the job more effectively.
- Set achievable timeframes and work to complete projects, tasks, and duties on time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of Change Management experience relating to major business transformation projects.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, HCD, or similar.
- Proven implementation experience relating to waterfall and agile programs or projects is highly desirable.
- A people-centered and user experience mindset.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexibility and adaptability; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
- Open to the ideas of others and feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged.
