Position Overview:

Are you a dynamic facilitator who loves to make learning fun and engaging? Do you have a knack for using activities and tools to captivate your audience? If so, we want you to join our team as a Dayforce Learning Facilitator! You will be a crucial part of our HRIS Project Team, delivering unforgettable learning experiences that empower our employees and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact learning experiences that develop capability and confidence in our new systems and processes.
  • Showcase Dayforce system capabilities in a way that excites and engages multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Guide subject matter experts in a sandbox environment to explore and assess functionality.
  • Collaborate with the learning team to design and develop innovative and fun learning experiences and curricula.
  • Evaluate learning events to recommend continuous performance improvements, such as tweaking processes and content for maximum impact.
  • Maximise change adoption through engaging in-person and virtual system practice sessions.

 Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a related training delivery qualification is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dayforce learning delivery. Deliver a wide range of learning interventions, including interactive in-person and virtual classes, demos, lunch and learn sessions, on-the-job training, and 1:1 guidance.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of different types of learning experiences.
  • Exposure to HR transformations in large and distributed organisations.
  • Experience contributing to change management plans for go-live preparation and sustaining performance in a BAU environment.
  • Proven ability to design engaging learning experiences for varied audiences, including SMEs, people leaders, employees, and change champions.
  • Proficiency in utilising a variety of learning methods, including interactive facilitated events, digital on-the-job training, coaching, and simulations.
  • Strong understanding of how people learn new systems and adapt to new ways of working.
  • People-centered and user experience mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Ability to influence others and promote industry best practices in learning domains, including digital approaches.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Highly organised with a natural inclination for planning and execution.
  • Effective at all organisational levels and a strong team player.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organisation focused on supporting the most disadvantaged.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and supportive working environment that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
