About the role

Fantastic full time perm role with flexible working arrangements with either Sydney CBD or Parramatta as a base location. Competitive base salary plus super plus full salary packaging benefits as an NFP - an extra $16k tax free!

Tertiary qualified in ER/IR you will have been involved in EBA negotiations and have a depth of experience managing complex workplace investigations from end to end. 

You will be consultative in your approach with the ability to influence and guide your stakeholders ensuring the best outcome for the business. In addition to this, you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail with the ability to interpret legal terminology. Experience with the SCHADS award highly regarded!

As an experienced Industrial and Employee Relations Specialist you thrive on working within challenging environments and enjoy offering a consultative and fair approach as you provide advice and guidance to your internal stakeholders to resolve employment related investigations and cases. Confidentiality and Integrity is second nature to as you work with highly sensitive information.

Your strong consultative style combined with your technical ability will allow you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact! You will have the opportunity to be involved in new, interesting and stimulating projects and assist in growing Uniting's capability in workplace relations via planning, coordinating and delivering workshops, seminars, and other structured learning activities.
