Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an energetic, creative, and customer-centric Human Resources professional to join our People and Culture team in the role of Human Resources Business Partner.

Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead, you will collaborate with Heads of Operations and their management teams within our Communities portfolio. In alignment with our centre of excellence model, you will provide strategic and tactical HR advice to support our people in delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a versatile HR generalist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various leadership, capability, culture, engagement, and operational programs that drive our people strategy.
