    about the opportunity

    This opportunity can be offered on a permanent part-time or full-time basis and will be required to work across both the Liverpool and Campbeltown sites with flexible WFH arrangements.

    This Psychologist is responsible for delivering services alongside our partner Global Skills. Through GSPlus, individuals are able to access evidenced based therapeutic intervention to address psychological barriers to find and maintain employment. 

    The Psychologist will work collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive evidence-based psychological care. The Psychologist will be required to work within 6 session model of care and would see a maximum of 5 clients per day.  

    About You 

    • Full registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), 
    • Clinical experience delivering evidenced based psychological interventions  
    • Demonstrated high level of knowledge and experience conducting holistic assessments and completing clinical formulations,
    • Substantial knowledge of the evidence base for trauma informed person-centred interventions,
    • Highly developed and demonstrable consultation and negotiation skills including the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, internal and external agencies and stakeholders,
    • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with our Partners, Global Skills 

     Even better

    • Experience working with an employment provider  and / or  vocational experience
    • Demonstrated skills and experience facilitating therapeutic support and psycho-educational group work programs.
    • Experience and expertise in program promotion and liaison.
